The Stony Brook women's soccer team (6-7-3, 3-2-1 AE) extended its home unbeaten streak to eight games on Sunday night with a 1-0 victory over UMass Lowell (5-11-0, 2-4-0 AE). Freshman Julie Johnstonbaugh (Neshanic Station, N.J.) proved to be the hero, heading a Tessa Devereaux (Fayetteville, N.Y.) cross into net for her first career goal.
